Called Ecoglow first thing in the morning as my hot water had suddenly stopped working and was hoping they could come round and have a quick look which they were happy to do early afternoon. Craig suggested a couple of things to try in the meantime to try and narrow the problem down and in doing so I found the problem which was due to separate works being carried out in the house. Very helpful and will be my first call for any future problems.

Excellent service from Craig, we had a problem middle of last week, he came out twice as request, gave us excellent advise on our old boiler, agreed uneconomical to repair, best not to spend good money, better to install latest model with 7 year guarantee, discussed on Tuesday, and was fully fitted and up and running Wednesday, following day. we are delighted, clean and tidy worker. would highly recommend this company, thank you x
